I believe all you'll need in addtion to the mechanics is a control board
from an existing home wheel (logitech, microsoft, etc).

I believe that this is basically the wheel assembly used in Atari Hard
Drivin', (upright cabinet version) which was licensed to Happ.
Anyone know for sure?
