Indeed, framerate has been increased by using an additional file in the
patch--trid3d.dll.  Referring to my previous post, this time, I disabled
"dither" and "pixelDoublBlit."  While driving behind the AI, my framerate
reached to 16 to 17.  Yet, I not did experience pauses which are commonly
the case with slower framerates.  Apparently, certain graphic features are
disabled.  Yet, the addition file compensates.
