is there no way to chat in nascar2 like you could in nascar 1 when
multiplayer modem racing

Hi there,

Yes there is, In m/p just click on your esc key any time and it will bring you
up to another screen, bottom left corner click on chat, click on the symbol
that looks like a verticle and horisontal line, move the mouse cursor just to
the right of it and click again.  (all left mouse clicks) and chat away. when
done click on return?

I think you can hit the "T" key and then type away.  Or exit to menu
where there is a chat functon there too.
