NASCAR MULTIPLAYER

It seems that the new multiplayer NASCAR server is causing
quite a few disputes amongst what was previously a friendly group.
Well over 2/3 of the messages I had to plough through this
morning were related to to HAWAII. This in it self is rather
annoying, being one of the few (?) who don't have access to a
modem via my own PC, and being a student in the UK, no chance
of connecting anyway!! (Money!)

First of all to all those who are complaing of bad driving. It
does take along while to get the hang of the game, and I'm
sure driving against real people is vastly different to the AI
cars in the game, which is the whole point of producing HAWAII
in the first place. Therefore you must expect people to make
mistakes, afterall even the real drivers bash into each other. If
any of you have seen the British Touring CAr races, you will
see the drivers almost deliberately shoving people off the
track ,even though there all laws against it. The point of all
this waffle is to ask people to stop filling this newsgroup
with complaints of bad driving, we don't want to read them,
enjoy yourselves progress up yhe ranks and then you won't have
to race the so-called idiots who are less experienced than
yourselves. Just remember the first time you played the game.

The other point, is it about time that a new newsgroup was
set-up for HAWAII, as it would lower the traffic in here, and
make life easier.

I'll second this one..Definitely seems there's enough interest in it
to merit it's own NG.
