I am also running NASCAR with a fast PC and gravis joystick and also
find the controls quite sensitive. You should make sure that the
steering setting is set to 'non-linear' _not_ 'linear' - other than
that there is nothing you can do. Formula One Grand Prix is designed
to be much easier to control because it has a feature called
'steering help' ( the amount you steer is an inverse function of your
speed or something like that ). This 'steering help' can actually
be disabled to make F1GP handle more like NASCAR, however, the opposite
is not true - NASCAR has no such feature. The guys at Papyrus obviously
decided to make the input device sensitive to give the player full
control...
