I'm sure this has been discussed before, but  I missed it.  Is this
video card any good that Sierra makes?

I have had mine for over a year now, and am very happy with it. It's
biggest use is for Nascar2 and/or ICR2, as they were ported for the
rendition chip card. With the latest drivers, it's not a bad 2d card
either. It has been very reliable for me and I've never had a glitch with
it. I recently ordered the Canopus Pure3d 3dfx pass through card to give me
the best of both worlds, it hasn't arrivet yet so can't really comment on
it.

Good card as far as the v1000 series of Rendition chips go, and
expect to pay around 80-90 bucks for it...Unless you're specifically
interested in ICR2-3D, then you're better off getting the v2000
series chip-based cards which start at $100, but have trouble
properly running ICR2-3D.

Cheers!
