rec.autos.simulators

I can run F12001 in original CD release and with the first patch. When I try
the second patch I get an error when trying to start the game. The error
reads something like f12001 has caused an error in #####.TMP and will now
close. I forget what the exact number is but I don't have a file with that
name. I do have a TMP file but it has a different string for a name. I have
tried both patching one at a time and using the AllUpdate with the same
outcome both times. Any ideas?

What about the mods? If I use the Patch #2 NoCD exe, would I have to
re-install the mods (FIA GT, ALMS, etc.)?

x-no-archive: yes

The second patch only consists of the .exe file. Download the NOCD version,
and use that instead.

It worked for me.
