F12001 Full 2002 season patch?

 Does anyone know where I could dowload a  Full 2002 season patch F12001
with new cars, teams, drivers?
I have tried unsuccessfully to update this game with the Toyota team and now
the game boots back to the desktop just before the track loads up.
If there isn't such a patch, how do you setup the directories so that the
Toyota team is in and the Prost team is out?
