Not that I've found but you can download updates and patches to create your
own from http://f12001.maxrevs.gamigo.de/

I have put together a separate 2002 configuration myself using the files
from that site, following the same system used by GT mod. I created
season02, save02, log02, options02 and vcr02 folders and config02.ini.  I
then created a shortcut that starts F1 2001 with the config=config02.ini
parameter. This has allowed me to keep the original 2001 cars intact and run
the 2001 or 2002 season independently.

I second the motion: Where can we find a 2002 season? Especially, one that
would include appropriate weather forecasts and forecoming dirty schumi
tricks (or simply "schumis")
