This problem surfaced after installing a Gelforce 2 card. In N4 paint shop
with the car in 3D preview I use to press the Print Screen key and save a
pic of the car. Now when I veiw the saved file all that is there is a
black screen.
System: AMD Atlon 1.1gig 512mgs RAM 30gig WD HD Jaton 3DForce2 MX-64. Old
card was a Voodoo 4500. Thanks for the help.

I don't know if this will help, but in the 3dfx tools options under the
advanced tab, you can specify a paticular key to operate the print screen
function. Try setting it to a neutral key, not used in N4 and see if you
can capture screen shots that way.
