The Rendition version of CART is still available directly from Sierra!
I received this email this morning from someone who ordered CART racing
from the Sierra Web site:

'I received my copy today. It's the Sierra Sports version entitled "Cart
Racing".  Included is a DOS\REND\TRACKS directory with the enhanced
tracks. Also, as you indicated, it came with a hefty 200 page "Cart
Racing Strategy Guide" by Steve Smith. All this for $9.95!!!

Make sure you order the version above, SKU 70449, which costs $9.95, and
is Rendition Ready.  

AVOID the AllAmerican Sports version, SKU 70563, which costs $14.95 and
is NOT Rendition Ready.

Got mine yesterday and installed it along with Alison's 3D Kits. The tracks
are absolutely beautiful, nearly as good as the original GPL tracks. I know
it's not in the traditional spirit of GPL but I had great fun last night
racing at Long Beach, in fact, thanks to Dave Noonan, Alison and the rest, I
now have a full compliment California tracks that I've been attending most
of my life.
