It firstly LOOKS real...so lifelike.
Secondly it drives wonderfully... :-)
On our pc1 with all details on full it looks 100% realistic.
On our pc2 which has details on 2/3rds it looks 99% realistic...incredible
Enjoy it lads

They did in the singleplayer demo. Classes available there where fairly
convincing. Think F1 2001 for overall looks/feel.

It recognised my Momo fine.
Of sorts, no steering wheel, arms/hands or working gauges but there is a
first person viewpoint. Hit "C" to change the camera, I think.
They've managed to make a fairly inoffensive one for a change, IMO.

I'm not sold on PRD2, probably not getting it until we see if the
mirror patch ends up being vaporware, but it is a vast improvement
over their other titles. The controls still suck ass - why can't
every sim just have a simple menu where you assign controls, select
driving aids, and choose a linearity between 0 and 100 for the wheel.
It's so simple, and it works flawlessly.

The netcode seems solid, altho 12 cars is a serious limitation. Also
the collision detection seems kinda iffy.

How were the track loading times? How many tracks in the demo?
That's one thing that is backwards with say F1C -- to change
options you must leave the track, make the change, and reload
the track. And F1C doesn't load tracks quickly at all...
jess curious...
