i own icr2 and the creative 3d blaster
is there any way to get an enhanced version
of irc2. i emailed sierra,creative labs,and papy
about a patch but no responses.
if you can help please do

It is not possible to get the enhanced version (with the good looking
graphics) of icr2.  But you can download a patch, that will allow you
to get the excellent frame rates which come with the accelerated version.

I do not have a URL for you right now, but it should not be difficult to
find it at e.g. sierra's site. I believe it is named indy3dr.zip and was
intended as a patch for Cyrix users.

Have a look at

The graphics is not enhanced in the way that you will get more
details/objects, but it includes alpha blending, night drive, and some
other nice features. Looks great. You will furthermore be able to toggle
every effect, and see excately what the different thing does to the final
look of the game.

Get someone to copy any Track directory from Icr2. Including new tracks.
Zip it and send.
Cut n paste works, no problem.
Have done this many times.
Better yet, ask around. some one can lend you the CD. copy it.etc......
