The wheel works ok in all games (also SCGT) but not in F1 2000.
It just detects the buttons but NOt the steering or pedal axis...

Any clues???

escape and then you will get the steering wheel option next. Do this
for each axis and button. I think that's your problem, but not certain
going on the info you gave.

I had the same problem after using that 1.06 patch, without it everything
worked fine.

The 1.06 patch introduced this problem for me.

My resolution was to revert to single axis for pedals.

Then to calibrate:

Steer fully left before selecting steering input - press desired key then
steer fully right.

Full brake on and select throttle input - press key then release brake &
press throttle

Full throttle an select brake input - press key then release throttle &
press brake

That's it!

No, that isn't my problem.
I can read :) so I know first u have to push the KBRD, and then the
controller.
It doesn't matter if I push a KBRD button or just ESC, the game just won't
see the axis of my wheel.
It does see all the buttons though...

In all the other games I have NO problems.

Same here when I was using my F1 sim wheel, I changed to my MSFF though and
it all worked again. Very weird.

Same problem here...assuming you have 1.06 patch, you have to go into the
"unsupported features" section and turn on the split axis support.

Strange all this. I had no problems with the FF wheel and 1.06.

Solved the problem on my system by editing the the Player.PLR
in the Save/Player Directory to the following:

CT_SteerRight=1
CT_SteerLeft=2
CT_Accelerate=4
CT_Brake=12

Find the above keys and edit, this was for a MSFF with split Axis.
