Like the subject says I'm trying to find out if IndyCar 2 can be
played in DMA mode using an AMD K6.
Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Any problems using indyfast.bat (ICR2 rendition) with AMD K6 ?

I was recently using an AMD K6 200 on an Impression VX2 Serenity
motherboard overclocked at 83MHz bus x 2.5 multiplier = 207.5 MHz.
Indyfast ran with no problems whatsoever, although I really couldn't
tell much difference from my 166MHz Pentium at 83MHz bus.

Using the DMATest benchmark, the Intel 166MHz gave better scores than
the K6 200. This probably can be attributed to the fact that the
benchmark may be optimized for the Pentium. Nevertheless, DMA
performance on the Intel 166 was 84.8, compared to 63.6 on the 200MHz
K6.

It would be interesting to hear of others experiences with this.
