I have a great problem, i love the game F1RS but i can't get i to work
anymore.

When i had a pentium P233 and matrox milinium 4mb graphic card
it could run (a slight error ment that after a race, my pedals and sterring
wheel where all messed up, right was left, brake was gas and so on),
nevertheless i could use it.

BUT, now i have build a new computer, the parts is

ASUS P5A ATX
AMD K6-2 300 mhz
64 mb ram 100 mhz
Orchid Righteous 4mb Voodoo I
Matrox Milinium 4mb ram

and i can't get the thing to even startup.

i tried to patch F1RS with version 1.09 from Ubisoft
i use the newest drivers from Orchid
i installed direct x 6.0

when i try to start in Direct X mode it just jumps back in windows
when i try to start in VooDoo mode the 3Dfx log spins up and then fads a
bit, the HD run for a few seconds, then stops and locks up my
computer.

Did you get the 1.09V patch for the Voodoo? There are two patches, one for
Direct3D cards, and another for the Voodoo.
I have played F1RS on a K6-2 computer, with no problems.

Where? I have no problem whatsoever. Though I have no Voodoo card but a
Thriller (Rendition chip).
