F1RS and controllers in Win98

2 questions.  First, does F1RS run with W98 (with the 1.09 patch).

Second, and if this is dumb, I apologize.  I have a TSW and a M$ USB joystick.
I know that the setup instructions for the TSW say to set it up as the only
controller.  But, I also like flight sims so setting up a new controller is a
pain, even with a joyswitch box.  My question is, does the TSW restriction
still apply with the TSW being on the game port and the M$ stick on the USB
port?  I would like to have both set up if at all possible.  Thanks in advance

Win98 and F1RS get along superbly.

I don't know. Unplug one and see what happens.

It runs fine under Win98 here. Full install, 1.09 patch.
