Major increase in Frame Rate w/ D3D GPL

Windows 2000 w/ Geforce DDR and Dell P1110 21" monitor only allow me to get to
1600x1200 with a refresh rate of 85Hz or higher - but with EVERYTHING on in GPL
and with a full field at that resolution I'm pegged at 36fps!  AWESOME.  I did
have to use DXDiag to get the refresh rate to the max, as by default it was only
75Hz.

With the OpenGL patch and the same settings I was lucky to get 25fps.
Interesting thing is that the upper left corner (video card reporting) is all
hosed up when the game starts unless I have AA turned on for D3D.  And since that
doesn't work so well I leave it off.  It's not a big deal - it just looks kind of
messy until I change screens.

All in all this patch is a HUGE improvement for GPL.  It seems as though we may
be benefiting from N4 breakthroughs here.  Very cool of Papy to do this for GPL.

How about RS Shifter support :)
