I suffering from severe problems with the speed tweak utility for
GPL...;-/

It's no problem altering the speed of my opponents but if I try to
save my changes the following message appears:

"Path/file access error"

I tried to install GPL in its default directory (c:\sierra\gpl) but
the problems stays...

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as I would like to drive
AGAINST the others...

I beleive it's due to the "gpl_ai.ini" file being marked at "read-only".
Change the attribute and it should work.  I had the same problem, and that
fixed it.

An access error means that you don't have write permission on the file.
Right click on the file, from the context menu that pops up choose
"Properties", then uncheck the box that says "Read-only".

Ooooooops - damn, already forgotten :-/

Now it works - Thank you !! BUt one more question: after saving my
changes it find out that I slowed down the opponents way to much. If I
start speed twaek again, all changes seems to be disappeared !?
