Tweak for GPL online starts

I have available on my web site modified track.ini files for all tracks that
give you a modern Formula 1 style starting grid. Since the cars are far more
apart, this increases the chances for a clean start significantly. If
someone hosting a race uses the modified ini, the remote clients will
automatically use the host's settings. So no tweaking required on the remote
clients.

Check it out at www.xs4all.nl/~westrab/gpl.htm.

I dowloaded the files yesterday and installed them today.  I saved
replays of a few starting grids before and after the modification.
Wow!  What a difference!  Much more space between cars and hopefully
this will reduce on-line starting grid pile ups!

Any disadvantage of a greater distance between the pole sitter and the
last car is by far outweighed by the increased margin for error and
warping.  Also, if you are a good starter but happen to be in the middle
of the pack you don't have to let off the throttle as much for the car
ahead  - the increased room allows for a smoother transition.

Thanks, Bart!
I will use in in VIRC's league for sure!

Cheers,
Gian Vitzthum.
