F1C online tweaks

by Uwe hoover Schuerkam » Wed, 02 Jul 2003 17:10:01

Hi folks,

can anyone tell me how to tweak F1 Challenge for maximum online
performance, both server- and client-side? With f1 2002 it
was a good idea to set the network connection type to 56kbit
not matter what was really available.

How many players would I be able to host on a 192kbit DSL
upstream connection (1MBit/sec downstream)? What is the maximum
ping that should be allowed for lag-free racing?

Thanks much in advance for your time,

Uwe
