GPL demo: how to tweak it?

Has somebody compiled all known possibilities of tweaking the GPL
demo? I know one can change the position of the pit board and alter
the sound. I also heard that it's possible to make the GP car the
default (instead of the G3), but I haven't figured out how to do it.
Something else I'd like to change is the volume of the wind noise.
Are there other interesting options?

Go to player.ini, and change driverRating=1 to driverRating=3
