In case anybody hasn't seen it yet, Zandvoort for F1 2001 was posted at
http://www.racesimcentral.net/;It's the modern Zandvoort
of course, rather than the GPL version, but about half of the circuit is
the same.  It's quite well done, and will work with both the ALMS mod
and F1 2001.  Not sure what will happen if you use it with the FIA GT
mod - I suspect the AI will not be right, but you could probably still
hotlap with it.  Anyway it's great fun, worth the small download.  I'd
be curious to hear what kind of lap times people get with the F1 cars -
I could only manage about 1:30, but I'm sure somebody who actually knows
what they are doing could cut a good ten seconds off of that without too
much trouble.  Please post your lap times if you try it.

Does anyone have a link showing the two circuits (old & new) overlaid?
I watched the bike racing there a while back, having been running it
in GPL, but was hard-pushed to be certain which the old bits were.

Do they run it backward nowadays?

As near as I can tell from Pulleveld (beginning of straight) to Sheivlak
it is the same as the old circuit, and in the same direction (at least
in F1 2001).  Then after Sheivlak it gets really twisty and ***... er,
I mean really technical... until it gets back to the main straight.
