GP2 Question

        Hey all,

I'm kinda thinking of picking up a F1 simulation and have been looking
around at GP2 sites for info.  It seems that GP2 and Monaco are the only two
real choices.  (I've tried GPL, it doesn't run well on my system.)

So.  Compare the two games and give me some advice.  (GP2 and Monaco,
that is.)  The system I'm using is 233MMX with 4 meg video and a 12 Meg Voodoo
2.  64 megs of ram.  Will GP2 run well on my system?

OK.  If you recommend one of the games, where is a good place to buy it
online?  What are some good sites for info, add-ons, etc?

                                        -Tim

For GP2, you should be able to get about 15 fps framerate with most of the
graphics turned on.  GP2 has no 3d harware acceleration.  If you can put up
with ugly VGA graphics, you should get 25 fps.

People will tell you it will run in slow motion, but they don't know what
they're talking about.  If you read the manual and configure the graphics
properly it won't be a problem.

Tons of new tracks, add-ons at www.grandprix2.com.

No idea where you can buy it, though.

Good luck.
