I just can not get F1 2000 to run on my PC with a 32 MB Asus AGP-V3800U
(with a TNT RIVA 2 CPU) .
The PC is a Pentium III 450 MHz with 128 MB RAM and a Soundblaster LIVE.
The graphics really suck when running with Direct3D !
No track side objects at all, and very few colors.
Very strange since older games, such as Sports Car GT and STCC are
running perfectly, with beautiful fast graphics.
In software rendering mode the resolution is worse but the coloring is
much better and even the detail is better.
I am using the latest released driver from Asus, version 2.25, currently
but have also tried the reference drivers from nVidia, with the same
result.
Can somebody verify that the AGP-V3800U is working in F1 2000 for them ?
Some hints where the problem is would also help improve my mood.
Regards,
Johan
