Please Help: Problems loading Nascar

I had Nascar working before but then had problems with my zip drive and cd
rom.

I'm running a 486dx-100 with win95 12megs of ram and have installed nascar on
my E drive (zip drive) with the cd rom being D

This is the same setup i had previous to the problems with the cd rom which i
had to shuffle drive letters between the two devices.

Now when i click on the nascar racing shortcut it goes to the dos window and
starts to load then i get the message that there isn't enough low dos memory
available to run the game.

Sometimes i get as far as the Papyrus start screen then the whole computer
freezes.
I had this program working like a charm before but now i'm really getting
frustrated,,,anyone have any solutions to this???? Please!!!!

Also i'd downloaded some upgrade tracks for this program as well which brought
the number of tracks from 8or9 to 16,,,does anyone know where i can find this
upgrade again????

Thanks for any forthcoming help,,,,

I think you will get the false memory error when N2 can't find your
CD-Rom Drive.  Make sure that your shortcut is not pointing to N2.BAT or
one of the *.BAT files that tries to run the smackply file.  If it does,
edit the BAT file to have the right drive letter for your CD-ROM.  If
this doesn't work, I would try re-installing.

  Except I think he's referring to N1, Mike.  He's only running a 486DX with
12 M of RAM.

Guess I wasn't awake when I read his message :-(

For NASCAR1 there is a file in the main directory called lib.cfg, it is
a single line text file with the full path to your CD-Rom drive and the
NASCAR folder.  For example, if your CD-Rom drive is now G: the file
should read:

g:\nascar
