GPL Multiplayer: Cable Modem on Network question

I am running a 2 computer peer-to-peer network.  the computer that I
play GPL on has 2 NIC cards (one to the other machine and the other
runs to the cable modem).  When I try to host a game, I only have the
option to use my LAN IP, not my cable IP.  Is there any way to correct
this?  I am eager to race this wonderful game against others

You need this in core.ini in the GPL directory
