creat a "core.ini" file in your GPL directory and put these two lines in it:
[ Communications ]
assumedModemConnectSpeed = baud_rate
"baud_rate" should equal the speed you want to connect at i.e. 19200, 21600, 24000, 26400, 28800 etc. This should do the trick per Randy Cassidy from Papyrus.

The docs. say see the readme file the readme file says nothing.
