How does one get the MPH display while racing with the***pit view????

I can get the display when using the chase view,but once in the
***pit,besides the Rev-counter,there isn't much else to tell you what
speed you are doing.

YOu can't and that is done on purpose. The drivers at that time only had
the tach to go by. You will have to watch replays to get your speed.
