Nascar 2 and Madcatz

I recently got Nascar 2 and my new Sound Blaster 32 to work
together.  Might not seem like a whole lot, but after
the trouble I went through with my Gravis Classic card,
it's a chore in itself.

Anyhow, now that the game works, I am interested in knowing
what I am doing wrong.  I have the Madcatz wheel and pedal
setup and can't get it to calibrate right.  I can get the
right and left steering to work, and also the gas and
brake to work using the right and left fire buttons
on the wheel.  BUT NO PEDAL ACTION.

It keeps telling me that I have calibrated somethign twice.

I HAVEN'T/

Help!?

Thanks.

Check the direction the arrows go in your set controls dialog.  If
you've got two arrows pointing the same way (ie. braking arrow points
down, accelerator arrow points down) then you've got to continue
calibrating or take other steps until you can make these go opposite
directions.

Do you have any suggestions if Win95B doesn't even give you the option to
calibrate.
I can setup and calibrate my wheel fine in dos (it works great) but I need
Win95 to give me the ability to dial up for network support
