Assuming I stick with outlook, how do I add 'nospam' to my email address?
Will it also appear in my addy in sent emails?
After an online race, what determines if the spinning newspaper appears? I
think sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't...
I was pipped to the post today by a girl in an Eagle (sporting a pink
helmet, no less); does it make me less of a man?!

I'm using Outlook Express and it works fine. You can set whatever email
address you want in the properties of your news account. Go to Tools,
Accounts and click on your news account and press Properties. You set the
email address on the first page.
The only other news-reader I've used is Netscape, and I prefer OE, although
there may well be better options that I've not yet seen.
I think it appears if the guy serving the game hits the green button after
the finish of the race - that's the way it seems to work on a LAN anyway.
