I have a P90 with 32 MB of RAM, which I'd expect is "enough", and it's
definitely NOT running "no problems at all" in SVGA mode. I have a Zeos
P90 with an ATI graphics adapter, and when I turn everything on, my frame
rate is about TWO frames per second. (Compared to about 1/2 frame per sec
on my 486DX2-66.) I'm running from the hard disk, too. I have a pretty
tough time *racing* (not just tooling around) with everything turned off
except car and road textures when I select SVGA mode. (ALthough, come to
think of it, I haven't turned off the digital sound, which might be a big
part of the problem.)
