Calibrate Act Labs FF Wheel and F1RC

I have upgraded to Windows XP with good results except for F1RC. I cannot
get this sim to recognize my Act Labs Force wheel. With Win 98 it was a real
pain in the ***to get it to work, but I did somehow ( I wish I could
remember how!).

Anyway, does anyone have a tip to get this combo working in XP?
