Has anyone been able to configure his Act Labs wheel in
the F1RC demo? Tried everything, but  it seems it doesn't
get recognised at all.

Any help's appreciated.

well there are 2 tricks

1
click on the mouse, KEEP CLICKED, move the wheel, release the mouse

2
for the spilt axis apparently you must do the same as in 1 but not move the
pedals all the way...

Have you tried entering the 3D part of the game and then going back to
the config screen? I don't know about F12KCS, but with F12K I had to
do that once to get my MSPP wheel recognized.

Thanks Txl and Jagg.

Tried both your tips and it still doesn't
recognise it. Strange thing though is the fact that if i keep
all the default setting and assign a keyboard key to the accelerator,
i DO feel the FF on my wheel.
Spent about 2 hours now on this and still haven't got it. Can't say i'm
really eager to buy this one when it comes out....

Just figured it out, go to act-labs.com and get the latest drivers dated
october 2000.  I thought I had these installed, but after re-installing
them, it works great, even with split axis...FF seems a little week, but it
is really cool to feel lost grip when right behind another car...
