NFS: V-Rally

Hey,

I know, I know...PlayStation.  But has anyone tried this game?  I heard
the graphics rock (and with 30+ fps) but the control is twitchy.  But
isn't a rally car's handling twitchy?!  How about the AI?

Thanks for any answers!

Well, it really depends on who you talk to whether or not V Rally is
any good.  Personally, I think it is an awesome game that puts Sony's
Rally Cross on the street.  Control is only really twitchy when one of
the top cars is selected but it is very easy to get used to.  Another
thing to realize is that the game was not developed by the regular NFS
people, it was developed in Europe so they knew what they were
programming.  The AI is not the best and doesn't really "race" with
you, mainly it's just there for roadblocks and times for the stages.
The AI's favorite thing to do is to punch you in the rear while trying
to get going again after a flip.  Well, I hope this helped, it's a
great game!

Oooooh!  I had heard somebody like "Infogrames" had made the game, and
EA bought it, and slapped the NFS label on it to please the US crowd.
Cool.

Thanks a lot!  I rented it yesterday, and I think this one's a keeper.
