Need For Speed V-Rally ?

Just got home from Blockbuster (renting a movie) and while I was there saw a
Playstation game titled Need For Speed V-Rally.... It looked to be from EA,
but had a cover and screen-shots very similar to Colin McRae Rally.

Anyone try this game out? Will it become available for the PC market? Is it
worthwhile?

BTW I still haven't seen Colin McRae available in stores in the US, have
you?
