Has anyone else picked this up? And, if so, have you figured out how the
HELL to enable or define a controller other than the keyboard?

The game is not gold yet !

VR3 PC handle FFB wheel.

Just READ THE ***ING MANUAL !

How is the manual supposed to be read if the game hasn't gone gold?

You have to go into a race to do it.  Try "Quick Races", then "Driving",
then "Controls".
