RT Demo - Controller Config Question

by BRH » Sun, 28 Oct 2001 11:15:37

In the Rally Trophy Demo, the controller set-up sees both of my
controllers (LWFF on ID#1 and TSW pedals on ID#2).  However, I can't
seem to figure out how to assign various commands to each controller.
ie - gas and brake only to TSW; everything else to the LWFF.

Can anyone using multiple controllers with this demo explain how to get
them configured properly?

Thanks!

RT Demo - Controller Config Question

OK.  I figured out how to assign the commands I want to each controller.
But now I find that I can't accelerate unless I gun the throttle in neutral
and then shift into 1st.  Shifting into 1st before stepping on the gas
results in a dead throttle (ie - the tach doesn't move).  Note: My TSW
pedals are configured as split-axis.

Another issue is that once i do move, using technique #1 above, it's a

385 Megs RAM.  I've dropped the resolution down to 640x480 and put most
graphical options at "low", but it makes no difference.

Any help with either of these issues would be appreciated.
