Just ordered an AMD K-6 2 450 and FIC 503+.  I have a Voodoo1, but have an
opportunity to pick up a Banshee really cheap from a friend.  I've read about
the patch.  Will the Banshee perform well with the AMD 450, or should I save up
for another card?

AMD 350 here with a Creative Labs Banshee 16 meg. Very happy with the
Banshee. 2d not quite ( but close) as good as the Millenium 1 it replaced
but 3D better than old Voodoo 1. Running GPL 800x600 cleanly
