Dell P2/STB Velocity 128 AGP and N2 Question

As in, N2 doesn't work with my brand new system.  I'm dying to get on NROS
guys.  Any advice?  Must be the video card I think.  Game shows TV-static after
intro sequence.

Please help, need NROS badly.
