FF Wheel Recommendations?

by Dave Speelma » Wed, 21 Jul 1999 04:00:00

Ok, I've been playing flight sims for the last few years and bought GPL
today.  Trying to drive GPL with a joystick and throttle ain't gonna cut it.
So I was wondering what the concensus is on a Good FF Wheel for under
$200.00 including pedals.

Man is this thing hard to drive!  I am very impressed so far.

I would get either the Logitech FF or the ACTLabs FF.
I have the Logitech, BTW.

There is a great review of the Microsoft FF wheel vs the Logitech
wheel. The writer explains why he prefers the logitech wheel, and I
fully agree with him (I've got both wheels since I didn't know what to
buy, but after a while I only use the logitech now, it's superb
compared to the microsoft wheel. Only the pedals of the microsoft are
better.)

Oops, the complete sentence should be:

There is a great review of the Microsoft FF wheel vs the Logitech
wheel in this newsgroup.

Sorry about that...
