Driver but does not work properly
GP2 but not able to use my Force Feedback Sidewinder
Gran Tourismo, not able to run
What games would you suggest?

Indycar Racing II should run well.
Cheers

Something THAT old? The original NASCAR Racing and its
cousin SODA Offroad would run. Their predecessor, Indy 500
would run quite well too.

SODA is a massive system hog, so unless you've got a rendition card -
fuggeddaboudit.
I think you'd have more luck with Viper Racing. It's got FF and I'm sure it
ran OK on my old P200.

32mb PC66 SDRAM upgraded to 96mb then to 128mb, more is better
5400 rpm SCSI drive 3GB.
STB Velocity 128 4mb D3D video card, then,
Creative VooDoo Banshee 16mb (had tried the Rendition Card = crap)
Creative AWE32, then PCI-128 then SoundBlaster Live Value. (SBLive came out
of a P3 that got a Diamond Monster Sound card)
Win95 OSR2 with MSN 5.0 Active Desktop = just about as close as you can get
to Win98 at the time.
The important things to have on a "Classic Pentium" machine is the MMX,
UDMA33, and SDRAM. (168pin)
72pin Ram and slow Hard drives are a big bottleneck for these older CPU's.
Now lets see if I can remember all the games,
Castrol Honda SuperBike WorldChampions, ran real good & spent alot of time
with this game.
Need for Speed SE (the Road & Track version #2?)
Need for Speed "Hot Pursuit" think it's NFS3 (Need For Speed High Stakes,
had a issue with the Banshee card).
MotoRacer 1 (MotoRacer 2 was crap, waste of money IMO)
IndyCar 1, although I think I spent most of my time on a 486DX4 computer for
this game.
Johnny Herbert's Gran Prix with DirectX 6.0 ran well, but when upgraded to
DX7 went fubar.
And the usual amount of demos Off-road 4x4 what ever, Gran Touring Stolen
car chase game, etc.
(The above ran well on the Velocity 4mb card).
With the Banshee card;
Castrol Honda SuperBike WorldChampions, ran good as above.
MotorSims AMA SuperBike, kind of a dog on this machine if I remember, but
playable.
EA's SuperBike (SBK) first version. Killed the AI on all Tracks, (spend alot
of time with this one)
IndyCar 2, could never get it to run right.
Nascar 2 with the 3Dfx patch = looked good, ran good, (got a 1:12.xx at the
Glen, beat ole Dale's record heh), sounded good with a sound mod.
Nascar 99, didn't spend to much time with this version, because guess what?
none of my N2 setups were any good with it. Sound familiar? It is 3Dfx
compatible thou.
GPL with 800x600 resolution (1.0 era) with (pre 1.2 patch) first aid 1.0b
track patches. With the mirror mod, I would be able to run just about all
graphics on except tires & crowds, full bias on and get 36fps on track with
the start about 15 to 20 fps. Sound set at 2 or 3. Heck I first tried to run
GPL on the 4mb STB Velocity card in software mode and nothing turned on.
:-( Anyone remember doing this and spinning out at the "Ring" and getting
lost/driving in the wrong direction? :-)
UbiSoft's F1RS, ran real good after Video & Sound patches. Spa & Nurburgring
were my favorite tracks. Monza was a piece of cake with enough practice.
Some Rally Driving game. Can't remember the name, probably a first version,
gotten out of the bargain bin.
And last but not least, Carmageddon 1 ! LOL.
