Sorry, forgot that the install program on said patch didn't work, here
is the scoop:
There is a MotoRacer "3d Polygon" patch available on c|net:
http://www.racesimcentral.net/,41,0-3694...
Be aware that it is a "beta" patch but works GREAT.

We made an optimized version of Moto Racer which uses 3D
polygons only on 3D boards instead of Polygons + 2D blits. We sent this
version (version 3.06) to many 3D boards manufacturer to let them test
it and get their feedback. We clearly said it was a beta version for
test
purpose only, not for release:"Once we will have received your feedback
we will be able to release a solid final update which will be posted on
various Web site.". However, it seems some of them have posted it (such
as Matrox) or spraid it in some way since it's now on this c|net
GameCenter.
The official version is still being finalized and will be released soon.

Note: The "install" program that comes with the patch does NOT work
unless you allowed MotoRacare to install in the "default" directory. In
the case where that is not true, simply copy the .BKF and .BPT files to
the /MotoRacer/data directory. Then rename moto.ex_ moto.exe and copy
it over top of the original moto.exe in the /MotoRacer directory.
Three obvious differences are noticed after this patch was applied:
1. It now says "Polygons version" on the Splash screen
2. It now saves the "filtered" option under D3D in setup
3. The Bikes handle MUCH better
The patch requires a 3d card with at least 4mb of memory -- it worked
GREAT w/my Monster 3d ...
Enjoy!
