NFS:PU Downloading cars?

Does anyone know how to download cars?  I just made my online account today,
and got an autoupdate and...nothing...  I can't seem to be able to sign on
with my account ID or anything...

Is it something I'm doing or a game glitch?

I got the same problem about connecting to EA Racing through the game
it refuses to recognize by ID and password
I sent e-mail to EA Support but no responce.
If anyone is connecting with EA through multiplayer internet connection
successfully  please let me know.

I've heard that the servers aren't working properly yet, so there's no way
to play on the net (except meeting up with people individually).
