is there a track editor or any 3rd party tracks for NFS:PU (or NFS
in-general, assuming the track format remains the same as the older ones)?

NFS:PU seems pretty good but i'd like real tracks.

I know there is a track editor for NFS3. but i dont know where

I would sure like to see an editor for NFS-PU. Non-linear tracks are a
thousand times easier to edit than linear ones. I remember the editor
for NFS 1, it was great to edit the point-to-point tracks.

I don't know about PU, but you can get a track editor from NFSRage at
www.nfscheats.com/nfsrage/hs/files. Look for T3ed. He says that it
works for NFS3 and HS so it may work for PU, unlikely though.
