I'm not sure which one to get to use on my ATI 3D card. I know it has to
be D3D but will Nascar99 use my card? What about the truck one? thanks

Nascar Revolution does but it sucks and is not worth checking
out. NR1999 is only Glide and I suppose rendition. It is *NOT*
D3D.

Installing Direct X doesn't mean it uses every part of it.

IIRC,  Nascar Racing 99 uses Direct Input so that FF or Digital wheels can
be configured, Direct Sound (I don't remember doing any sound setup
configuration for NR99) and hmm well that's all.  Direct 3d is not used by
Nascar Racing 99.

Still, Nascar Racing 2000, the upcoming Papyrus Nascar title, will use
Direct 3D.
