Nascar and Win95 ??

Heres the deal,..I'm running a 486 dx4 100 overdrive,...16 megs
of ram,...and a 850meg hard drive. Now,..the only way I can get
Nascar to run in svga mode is boot up in "Dos 7",...and type
"nascar -h",..no prob. The problem starts when I run the
game,..I have to turn nearly everything off in order to get a
smooth frame rate. It sucks!!

So,..does anyone have a custom "auto.bat,  config.sys" setup
for win 95?? I know my problem's not hardware,...this game
screamed before I installed Win95!
