Help: Putting F1 drivers back into modded F1 2002

Anyone know how I can put the standard F1 drivers into the Alfa 147's in
this great mod? Copying the drivers files from season02 to ar147season
hasn't worked, and I don't want to mess with too much else since I don't
really know what I'm messing with!

Also, how do I increase the length of the standard races? Managed to
increase Championship races, but would like to add a few laps to the one-off
events.
