Has anyone had an opportunity to try this Mod? I recently acquired it and
found it a very good piece of work. I especially like the audible skid
sounds which have been lacking in the other mods and the F1C itself. The
***pit is also nicely designed with twin mirrors. There is support on
F1RST, but sadly not many servers up and running yet. Hopefully that will
change. The AI are also very good. It comes complete with setups and it's
own launcher. I have only been at it a few hours but it certainly has
promise. I hope all you road racers will come join me for some races. I can
only enjoy racing the AI for so long.

Unfortunately, the mod group's installation process is VERY confusing.
6 different files, but some are v1 and others are v1.x and I think that may
have limited the sucess of the mod.  As you say it is very well crafted
once you get it running.  But I suspect the bulk of die***liners will
use either the RH2003 F1 mod or the ETCC, GROUPC and SCC mods.  Those seem
to be the *** online drivers right now.
RSR's World GT is the next 'big thing' for the F1c mod community.

You're right Dave. I had a hell of a time installing it. I must have done
the 3d config at least 6 times until I realized there were 3 separate
configs in the mod to amend. SCC is a fun one as well and for the time being
that is my choice for online action.

McLaren as in McLaren F1s?  Is it better than the BPR mod for F1 2002 (which
was awful) ?
