I bet most people will say Monaco.

Nah, too slow.  Spa or Suzuka.  Good mixes of corner types and speeds.
Something to really show off the driving model (or lack thereof...).

Nah, the mighty Ring ofcourse.
Monaco comes in a good second place. In GPL that is, for some reason I
don't like it in modern F1 sims.

Got to be Hungaroring for me, you have to wrestle it all the way
round.Monaco is good in real life due to the atmosphere but that is lost in
the sim.

Cataluyna is the best.

No chicanes. Chicanes ruin a race course.

Catalunya also has second, third and fourth gear corners along with two long
straights. The circuit also has elevation changes.

To me, the circuit has a "flow" to it, a rhythm.

Second has to be Montreal. This track, for me, is just fun. Another place
that has a "flow" to it.

I could never get into Monaco.

No. 'Cause I'm hopeless there :-) Spa or Solitude, I think (GPL).

I absolutely LOVED Monaco in GP2.  Since GPL, though, I can't STAND it...

For current F1, I would say Spa. For vintage F1, the Nurburgring. I do
love Monaco; I usually have more success there than any other circuit,
especially in modern sims such as GP3 or F12KCS (tough nut to crack in
GPL, though); but I still prefer Spa or the Ring.

Modern stuff, Albert Park, Australia (ok, I'm biased!)

I like Watkins Glen in GPL cos I'm fast there, the 'ring for the
challenge to end all challenges :)

Spa in GP3 2000 because of the white-knuckle corners like Eau Rouge and
Blanchimont (although I dislike the Bus Stop intensely);
Nurburgring in GPL because it's about the only thing that gets me to
concentrate for 10 minutes at a stretch!

Hmmm... Monaco is up there for me, but I'd have to cite Magny and Rouen for
their sheer drivability. They both have so much flow. Then probably Suzuka,
Spa,  and Imola (With the real Tamburello.) for the technical dedication it
takes to drive a sweet lap. Something about getting spoon right really makes
me feel good.
